I get asked about my bike quite a bit these days, and I've been meaning to show off the amazing frame that Difisso built me over a year ago. I've owned quite a few bikes in my life, and this is by far my favorite ever. No bullshit, not because they're a sponsor or my Italian buddies, but because they make the most functional and amazing hand-built steel frames in the world. There, I said it. Every frame is hand-built to order to your custom specs. They only use Columbus tubing, and Rosario is a man legend when it comes to hand-built bicycles - ask Columbo. So, here we go - my custom Difisso:
FRAME: Custom Difisso - Zona Tubing/ Tig Welded 53cm sq built
FORK: Hand Built Columbus Testepiata
STEM: Thomson Elite 90mm w/ 5 degree rise
BARS: Nitto RB021
TAPE: Fizik Soft Touch
SEAT: Selle San Marco Concor Light
POST: Thomson Elite 27.2mm
CSET: SRAM Omnium
RING: SRAM Omnium 48t
COGS: EAI 14t
PEDS: MKS Sylvan
STRAPS:All-City Double
WHEELS:Alex rims, Formula Hubs w/ Phil Wood Bearing Set(s)
TIRES: REAR - Continental Super Sport FRONT: Vittoria Rubino Pro
CHAIN: Izumi Eco
I'll shortly be getting a new 28mm rake fork and SPD's on this bad boy - made to go fast & currently weighs in at 18 complete.
Keep an eye out for a little edit of the video bike check.
