Today I use "tribute" sparingly. Riccardo Ricco is someone who I would probably want to hit in the face in real life, but his brief - pre EPO eviction from the Tour - presence in the 2008 Tour De France was nothing but exciting. This guy can seriously drop the hammer on climbs, and he left Evans & the Schleck brothers in the dust on numerous stages. He should be allowed back into UCI tomorrow, actually (thus the post), but I'm not sure if he will be riding the Giro, Tour or Milan-San Remo this season. I hope he is, but I can't say that I'll be routing for a "doper". Good luck to you sir:
